Solutions forUAV operations.

AirWings is an Atlanta drone company led by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot. Right now we're listening to the people who fly for a living, so what we build solves a real problem.

Most drone companies start with a product. We're starting with the operators. Before we build anything, we want to know what actually slows you down.

We listen first

We're having short, honest conversations with drone pilots and the teams behind them across Georgia. No pitch, no slides. Just how your work really goes.

We look for patterns

One frustrated pilot is a story. The same problem showing up across many operators is worth solving. That's what we're looking for.

Then we build

What AirWings offers next will come straight out of these conversations, shaped by the people who will actually use it.

How a conversation works.

  1. Reach out

Fill out the short form, email, or call. Tell us what you fly and why.

  2. Pick a time

About 15 minutes, by phone or video, whenever works for you.

  3. Talk shop

We ask about real jobs you've flown, not hypotheticals.

  4. Stay in the loop

If you want, we'll share what we're hearing from other operators.

Who we want to hear from.

  • Commercial pilotsPart 107 operators flying paid work
  • Public safetyPolice, fire, and emergency teams using drones
  • Inspection and surveyRoofs, towers, infrastructure, mapping, agriculture
  • Drone program leadsAnyone responsible for drones at their organization

Questions we're exploring.

These are starting points, not answers. Your experience might point somewhere we haven't thought of yet.

  • Time on the groundWhere do the hours go between booking a job and getting in the air?
  • Batteries and equipmentHow do you keep track of battery health, spares, and repairs?
  • Rules and airspaceHow much time do authorizations, Remote ID, and waivers take?
  • Hardware and partsHow hard is it to find compliant aircraft and replacement parts?
  • After you landWhat does processing and delivering the data look like?
  • Finding workWhere do your paying jobs actually come from?

Why talk to us.

You know your work better than anyone. We just want to learn from it.

Our promise

No sales pitch

There's nothing to buy yet. The conversation is about your work, not our product.

Your time

15 minutes

Short, on your schedule, and you can stop whenever you want.

Common questions.

What is AirWings?

AirWings is an Atlanta drone company in its customer discovery phase. We're talking with people who fly drones for work so we can decide what to build based on real problems, not guesses.

Are you selling something?

No. There's nothing for sale right now. The conversation is only about your work.

Who should reach out?

Anyone who flies drones for work or is responsible for them: solo Part 107 pilots, public safety teams, inspection and survey crews, and people running a drone program at their organization.

What happens with what I share?

We use it to understand the problems operators face. We won't share your name or company publicly without asking you first.

Do I need to be in Georgia?

No. We're based in Atlanta, but we're happy to talk with operators anywhere.

Can I follow along?

Yes. Email us and say you'd like updates, and we'll let you know what we're learning and what we decide to build.

Tell us about the last flight that didn't go to plan.

Share a real story from your work. We'll listen, ask a few follow-ups, and won't try to sell you anything.
