This individual will work closely with the Founder to transform big-picture ideas into executable plans — managing people, systems, and projects with clarity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement business strategies, operational processes, and performance metrics.
• Oversee daily operations, including project scheduling, client communications, and team workflow.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and coordination of contractors or team members (Drone Pilots, Editors, Ambassadors, etc.).
• Monitor company finances, budgets, and KPIs to ensure sustainable growth.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase recurring contracts and partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities, technology integrations, and potential expansion areas.
• Ensure all operations comply with FAA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in drone services, real estate, or media production preferred (but not required).

The Video Editor will be responsible for crafting smooth, engaging, and visually consistent videos from drone-captured footage. You’ll collaborate with the Drone Pilot and Brand Ambassador to ensure each project aligns with AirWings Co.’s creative direction and client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw drone footage into professional short videos (30 sec – 2 min).
• Add transitions, color correction, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
• Create short-form clips for social media, website, and promotional use.
• Collaborate with team members to meet client deadlines and brand consistency.
• Maintain organized project files and backups.

Qualifications

• Proficient with editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

• Maintain drone equipment and report any issues or repairs needed.

• FAA Part 107 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
